(nasdaq: inbs) (the “company”), a life sciences company developing and delivering intelligent, non-invasive, real-time testing solutions, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 654,990 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 196,497 shares of its common stock at a combined public offering price of $3.90 per share of common stock and accompanying warrants, which included the full exercise of the underwriter's option to purchase up to 85,430 additional shares of common stock and additional warrants to purchase up to 25,629 shares of its common stock. including the option exercise, the aggregate gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $2.55 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the company.
