(tsxv:vox) (nasdaq:voxr) ("vox" or the "company"), a returns focused mining royalty company, is pleased to announce today that in connection with the review of the preliminary base shelf prospectus dated october 25, 2022 (the "prospectus") and further to the ontario securities commission's (the "osc") review of the company's continuous disclosure in connection with the prospectus, the company will be refiling its technical report on its wonmunna project dated august 10, 2022 (the "technical report"), its annual management discussion and analysis for 2021, dated april 26, 2022 (the "annual md&a") and its interim management discussion and analysis for the nine month period ended september 30, 2022, dated november 15, 2022 (the "q3 md&a"), to address the comments raised by the osc in the manner noted below. kyle floyd, chief executive officer commented, "the company is pleased to be updating its technical disclosure concerning certain technical reports and md&a as requested by the osc in conjunction with its review of our preliminary base shelf filing, which is needed to strictly comply with ni 43-101.
