Rio tinto board changes

London--(business wire)--rio tinto has appointed dean dalla valle and susan lloyd-hurwitz as non-executive directors. mr dalla valle and ms lloyd-hurwitz, both australian citizens, will join the board on 1 june 2023 and will therefore stand for election at the annual general meetings of the company in 2024.
