Royal caribbean group announces upsizing and pricing of $1,000,000,000 senior unsecured notes

Miami, jan. 4, 2022 /prnewswire/ -- royal caribbean group (nyse: rcl) (the "company") today announced that it has priced its private offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior unsecured notes due 2027 (the "notes"). the aggregate principal amount of notes to be issued was increased to $1.0 billion.
