Polaris announces pricing of $500 million of senior notes

Minneapolis , nov. 9, 2023 /prnewswire/ -- polaris inc. (nyse: pii) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of senior notes consisting of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.950% senior notes due 2029 (the "notes"). the sale of the notes is expected to close on november 16, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
