Vine hill capital investment corp. announces closing of $200,000,000 initial public offering
Fort lauderdale, florida, sept. 09, 2024 (globe newswire) -- vine hill capital investment corp. (the “company”), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. the units began trading on the nasdaq global market (“nasdaq”) under the ticker symbol “vcicu” on september 6, 2024. each unit consists of one class a ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant of the company. each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one class a ordinary share of the company at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to certain adjustments. once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the class a ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be traded on nasdaq under the symbols “vcic” and “vcicw,” respectively. the company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase on a pro rata basis up to 3,000,000 units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
