M/i homes announces pricing of $300 million of senior notes due 2030

Columbus, ohio, aug. 9, 2021 /prnewswire/ -- m/i homes, inc. (nyse: mho) announced today the pricing of its offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.950% senior notes due 2030 (the "new senior notes") at 100% of par. the new senior notes will mature on february 15, 2030.
