(nasdaq: mgam) (“multimedia games”) announced today that it will release its fiscal 2014 fourth quarter and full year financial results before the market opens on november 12. no conference call will be held. on september 8, 2014, multimedia games entered into a definitive merger agreement whereby global cash access holdings, inc. (nyse: gca) has agreed to acquire multimedia games for $36.50 in cash per common share. about multimedia games holding company, inc. through its wholly owned subsidiary, multimedia games, inc., multimedia games holding company, inc.
