Montevideo, uruguay, nov. 15, 2021 (globe newswire) -- mercadolibre, inc. (nasdaq: meli) today announced that it intends to make a public offering of common stock. mercadolibre also expects to grant the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock on customary terms.
