Raleigh, n.c.--(business wire)--kb home (nyse: kbh) today announced that doug schwartz has been named as president of its raleigh division. in this role, schwartz is responsible for the company’s homebuilding operations across the raleigh and durham markets, from land acquisition and construction, to sales and customer service. schwartz joins kb home with more than 25 years of residential construction experience with national builders and developers. schwartz holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from north carolina state university, and a master of business administration from the darden graduate school of business at the university of virginia.
