Forestar group inc. amends credit agreement

Effective october 2, 2019, forestar group inc. (the borrower) and jpmorgan chase bank, n.a., as administrative agent and the lenders entered into amendment no. 1 to the credit agreement dated as of august 16, 2018. pursuant to the terms of amendment no. 1, the administrative agent and the lenders party thereto agreed to extend the revolving credit facility termination date to october 2, 2022.
