Dana prices $350 million senior notes offering

Maumee, ohio, nov. 15, 2021 /prnewswire/ -- dana incorporated (nyse: dan) ("dana") today announced that it has priced its offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% senior notes due 2032. the company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to repay $349 million in outstanding borrowings under its senior secured term loan b facility.
