Corteva announces pricing of senior notes offering

Indianapolis , may 12, 2025 /prnewswire/ -- corteva, inc. ("corteva") (nyse: ctva) today announced the pricing of a public offering by its direct subsidiary, eidp, inc. ("eidp") of $500 million principal amount of its 5.125% senior notes due in 2032 (the "notes"). the notes will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 5.125% per year and will mature on may 15, 2032.
