Houston, june 24, 2021 /prnewswire/ -- oasis midstream partners lp (nasdaq: omp) (the "partnership") announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 3,623,188 common units representing limited partnership interests ("common units"). the partnership expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 543,478 common units.
