Bioceres crop solutions subsidiary rizobacter completes $16.1 million offering of series vi corporate bonds
Rosario, argentina--(business wire)--bioceres crop solutions corp. (“bioceres” or the “company”) (nasdaq: biox), a fully-integrated global provider of crop productivity solutions designed to enable the transition of agriculture towards carbon neutrality, announced today that its subsidiary rizobacter argentina s.a. (“rizobacter”) has completed a $16.1 million public offering of series vi corporate bonds in the argentine market. the bonds will be issued in two tranches: class a: $12.7 million with maturity in march 2023 and an annual nominal interest rate of 3.75%; and class b: $3.4 million with maturity in september 2024 and an annual nominal interest rate of 5.25%. proceeds will be used to support working capital as well as for general corporate purposes, while extending debt maturities and reducing financing costs. about bioceres crop solutions corp. bioceres crop solutions corp.
