Vinco ventures announces receipt of deficiency notice from nasdaq regarding failure to comply with requirement to timely file quarterly report on form 10-q

(nasdaq:bbig) ("vinco," or the "company") today announces that on august 19, 2022 it received a notice (the "notice") from the listing qualifications department of the nasdaq stock market llc ("nasdaq") advising vinco ventures that it was not in compliance with nasdaq's continued listing requirements under the nasdaq listing rule 5250(c)(1) (the "rule") as a result of its failure to file its quarterly report on form 10-q for the quarter ended june 30, 2022 (the "form 10-q") with the united states securities and exchange commission (the "sec") in a timely manner, which deadline was august 22, 2022 (as a result of the company's filing of a form 12b-25 on august 15, 2022, which provided for the short extension of the otherwise august 15, 2022 deadline). the rule requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic reports with the sec.
