New york--(business wire)--levi & korsinsky announces that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the united states district court for the district of massachusetts on behalf of purchasers of the securities of american superconductor corporation (“amsc” or the “company”) (nasdaq: amsc) who purchased between november 2, 2010 and april 5, 2011 (the “class period”). amsc provides wind turbine designs and electrical control systems. the company’s quarterly revenues during the class period were largely derived from customer sinovel wind group co. ltd.
